Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I run multiple campaigns at the same time?
Yes. ViralHub supports unlimited concurrent campaigns. Each campaign has its own page, participant list, and analytics.
Does ViralHub work with WordPress?
ViralHub is a standalone PHP/Laravel application — it runs independently of WordPress. You can embed the campaign widget on a WordPress page using an iframe.
Can I customise the campaign page design?
Yes. You can upload a custom logo, change the primary colour, and edit the campaign description. Full theme customisation is available via the template files for developer licence holders.
How are winners selected in a Giveaway campaign?
Winners are selected randomly using a weighted draw — participants with more entries (from referrals) have proportionally higher odds. You can also switch to "top referrers win" mode in campaign settings.
Is there a limit on the number of participants?
No. ViralHub does not impose a limit on participants. Performance depends on your server resources — see the System Requirements article for guidance.
Can I export participants to Mailchimp / ConvertKit?
Yes. Go to Campaign → Integrations to connect your email marketing tool via API key. ViralHub supports Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Klaviyo, and Zapier webhook for any other tool.
What happens when a campaign ends?
At the end date, the campaign automatically closes — new sign-ups are blocked and the leaderboard is frozen. You can then pick winners, export participants, and archive the campaign.
Do I need a separate licence for each domain?
Yes. Each purchase includes one domain licence. For staging/development you can use localhost or a subdomain without consuming a licence — just open a support ticket and let us know.
