Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using kodecraft.io. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Products and Licensing

All digital products sold by KodeCraft are distributed through Envato Market under Envato's standard licensing terms. A valid Envato purchase code is required to access the Buyer Portal, download updates, and receive support. Each license is granted to one end product / one domain unless you purchase the Extended License.

2. Buyer Portal

Access to the Buyer Portal is granted upon successful verification of a valid Envato purchase code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account or purchase code with others.

3. Updates

Verified buyers receive lifetime updates for the product associated with their purchase code. Updates are provided at our discretion and do not guarantee backward compatibility with custom modifications you have made to the product.

4. Support

Support is provided for a period as specified on the Envato item page. Support covers bugs and issues with the product as-sold. It does not cover:

• Customisation requests
• Third-party plugin or theme conflicts
• Issues arising from modifications to the original code
• Server configuration or hosting issues

5. Refunds

All sales are handled through Envato Market. Refund requests are subject to Envato's refund policy. KodeCraft does not process refunds directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All products, content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this Site are owned by or licensed to KodeCraft. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission, except as permitted by your Envato license.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the products will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use them at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KodeCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
