Licence Activation

ViralHub uses a purchase-code activation system to verify your licence. Each purchase includes one activation for a single domain.

Where to Find Your Purchase Code

1. Log in to your buyer portal.
2. Go to My Purchases.
3. Your purchase code is displayed on the ViralHub entry. Copy it exactly — it is a UUID string.

Activating During Install

The setup wizard will ask for your purchase code during step 4. Paste it in and the system will verify it online before completing the installation.

Activating After Install

If you need to activate or re-activate after installation, go to Admin → Settings → Licence and enter your purchase code there.

Domain Changes

If you move ViralHub to a new domain, you must re-activate. Open a support ticket with your old and new domain details to request a domain transfer — there is no charge for this.

Activation Failures

• "Invalid purchase code" — Double-check you copied the full code without extra spaces.
• "Already activated on another domain" — Contact support to transfer the licence.
• "Could not reach activation server" — Check that your server can make outbound HTTPS requests (curl https://api.envato.com).
