User Management

Go to Admin → Users to view and manage all registered users on your platform.

Viewing Users

The users list shows each user's name, email, current plan, credit balance, registration date, and account status.

User Actions

• View Profile — See full details including chat history, usage, and subscription.
• Edit — Change name, email, or plan manually.
• Add Credits — Manually top up a user's credit balance.
• Suspend / Activate — Block or restore access to the platform.
• Delete — Permanently remove a user and their data.

Assigning Plans Manually

You can assign any plan to a user without payment — useful for gifting access or testing. Go to the user's profile and click Change Plan.

Usage Analytics

Each user profile shows a breakdown of credits consumed by feature type, helping you understand platform usage patterns.
